Welcome to Hart of the Sea PCB - a Blue Water Vacations PCB property at the amazing Edgewater Resort.

This condo is ideally sized and ideally located with a perfectly stylish set up for a couples or small family getaway. Inside this direct beachfront condo, you'll find a stunning interior that was updated and designed to create instant relaxation from the moment you walk in.

You cannot miss the Emerald Coast view from every inch of the living area, dining area and kitchen with island. The balcony is private with seating to soak up the sights and sounds of the water and sand just 30' below. Inside, our sleeper sofa is comfy and complemented by two swivel chairs and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Our kitchen features all full sized appliances and a great island with bar seating for three.

Down the hallway you'll find our bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV, and the bathroom--accessible from the bedroom or hallway--is equipped with an updated walk-in shower.

A washer/dryer and high speed internet round out our in condo amenities.

We have a max occupancy of four and primary renters must be at least 25 years old (firm). No pets or ESA are allowed at Edgewater Resort. Your booking includes the resort's registration fee, amenity wristbands, and one parking pass.

Right in front of our tower is a seasonally-heated pool, plus guests can enjoy the lagoon pool right next door that features waterfalls, fantastic landscaping, cabanas for rent, VIP lounge chairs for rent, a full restaurant with tiki bar service, sundry market with Starbucks and ice cream, plus acres of beachfront with chairs, waverunner rentals, parasailing and more.

Across the pedestrian bridge (or hop on the resort's free tram), you'll find 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
