Please note: the complex will be undergoing a balcony renewal project from October 27, 2025, to March 2, 2026. During this time, workers may be seen, and noise may be heard. For this unit, there will be no balcony access from early February to early March 2026.

Emerald Beach #2535 is a luxurious VIP 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that sleeps eight! The gulf-side primary bedroom comes complete with a king bed and a flat screen. You'll find a deep tub as well as a walk-in shower in the primary bath. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with both a walk-in shower and tub. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and a flat-screen TV. There is also a third full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
