This fully stocked kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for culinary endeavors. Adjacent to the living area, you'll discover the inviting bunkroom, perfect for children or additional guests. Decorated with playful accents and equipped with cozy bunk beds, it offers a charming space for little ones to rest and recharge after a day of seaside adventures. The master suite is a tranquil haven, featuring a plush king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and massive windows for private gulf views.

You have access to every resort amenity from the cafe, fitness center, pools, hot tubs to dedicated resort beach access. The resort also has indoor and outdoor hot tubs! Just be sure to wear your wristbands!

- You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property. There are no exceptions.

- You will receive your door code to enter the unit 3 days prior to your check-in date.

- Resort Fee: Upon arriving to Shores of Panama, you will need to register and pay for your pool wristbands and parking pass (s). ***This is not included in your total price upon booking.***

- Parking notes: there is one assigned parking spot for this unit. It is located on the 7th floor against the south wall midway.

- This rental is located on floor 7.

- Pets are NOT allowed.

- The Resort Pool requires wristbands. Pool access also gives you direct access to the sugar sand beach from the pool area. Indoor/Outdoor hot tub and pool are open, along with beach access and fitness center.

Please note that we only provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pod) despite your length of stay.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
