Beautiful place to stay! Very clean and roomy. Had a wonderful time. Only downside is that it is at the more crowded side of Panama. We absolutely would stay again and enjoyed our stay!

Great view

Condo could have been cleaner, but still nice. Great view of the beach. Tons of restaurants within walking distance, so you don’t have to fight the traffic.

Beautiful unit- gorgeous view- very comfortable furniture and decor! Many kitchen supplies available, fan, extra pillows and blankets. Will definitely book this unit again!

Amazing views.

We really enjoyed the condo. We were a little worried about being on the 22nd floor but the views were amazing. You can see the sea life very well. Everything worked well and the kitchen was well stocked. Could have been a little cleaner considering the cleaning fee that is added on, couch could use a good vacuuming.

AWESOME PROPERTY!

The property was clean and very well maintained. The views were amazing! The only issue with this unit is the front room with the bunks never gets cool even with the extra fan running. I would highly recommend putting a better fan up. No problems with evaluators and the grounds were keep clean and everything in working condition. We would definitely stay again!

Panama vacation

We loved the easy check in process, the cleanliness of the condo and the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. The only minor comment I would suggest is supplying more toilet paper in the unit. We only had two rolls. The elevator was somewhat slow on occasion, but not too bad.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay there. The location is great, check-in was easy, and the place is very nice! The kitchen is fully stocked, and I mean fully. You don't have to bring anything kitchen-wise.There are always a couple of issues or little things that are not working, like a light switch or something small, but overall, everything was in good shape. The pool workers check for wristbands every single time, so be sure and wear your wristbands provided! I thought being on the 22nd floor would be a nightmare with fighting to get on an elevator, but all the elevators were working great, and we were able to get up and down quickly most every time. We thoroughly enjoyed being there and will rent this place again!

Absolutely perfect

The online description was exactly what we got! The owners keep the place very up to date, very clean and it’s gorgeous inside. The 3 bedrooms are very large, plenty of space for everyone! The 2 bathrooms were also very large. The entire condo was clean and absolutely comfortable! The kitchen was spacious with all the necessary appliances and more! The balcony was roomy, plenty of seats for all of us to sit and enjoy to view and sound of the ocean. The location is PERFECT! The owner, Jim, was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to my visit! Lovely place, will definitely stay at this condo again!!!

22nd story view

Condo was pretty perfect for the 4 of us. Definitely room for more. View was amazing. Location was great, & not too far from pier Park. We just visited the week of Mother's Day. My only complaint is the lack of supplies (tp, garbage bags) Rules & complaints of previous visitors had us concerned(temp control & charges for supposed damages)but overall things were great. We aren't ones to trash a place & the temp at 70 works for us, along with the fans. Hubby wasn't thrilled with the wireless control of things(slider doors & temp)

Beautiful place!

The place was beautiful, clean, the beds were so comfortable and the views were spectacular. Like many other guest comments the bedrooms did get hot at night not sure why because the thermostat stayed where we set it. We learned if you leave the bedroom doors open the bedrooms did stay cooler. Overall I would stay here again.

Hello how are you? We left yesterday from there, very disappointed with a few things there make our vacation little stressful!!! The elevator take forever!!! We have to get ready and leave separate because the wait time to get one was more then 10 minutes!!! All this plus no air conditioning on the waiting area or in side elevator!!!! Check out time was nightmare 1 hr!!! We have to go separate and i have to go up and down getting our bags after 1 hr waiting!! Everyone was checking out plus housekeeping trying to go to the rooms and some furniture guys with bigs furniture used the same elevator!!! Very disappointed for the money we payed to have to go trough all this!!! The place beatifull! But all this make us think to came back next years to same place!!

Exceeded expectations!

The place was very clean! The balcony had a great view & plenty of seating for our family of six. Between the bar seating and the dining table, we were quite comfortable. The little kitchen is well-stocked. The bunk bed room is quite small, but it worked well for our three young kids to sleep in. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and comfortable. The layout is great for a family with a central area for games, TV, and relaxing, separated from kid bedrooms by a short hallway. The two large pools were clean and nice. I felt REALLY safe staying here and with my kids going to and from the beach on their own. Great beach space too. Sometimes we had to wait for the elevators, but that’s typical of a building this size with just 4 elevators. This place is also close to Starbucks, Walmart, some good restaurants, and state parks. I recommend it and would stay here again.

Beach Vacay 2022

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was nice and had what we needed. Parking was not a problem which was a big plus compared to the last stay. The only complaint I would have is that we ran out of hot water. We had 5 people a d only 1 and 1/2 showers before you had cold water.

Great Place

Loved everything about this condo. This was most likely the cleanest condo we have stayed in. Beds slept good and decor was beautiful. Elevators were a little slow but if you’ve been on a cruise it’s nothing compared to that! Pools were great, however only one hot tub worked at the time of our stay. All and all I wound definitely stay again.

Great views, clean, plenty of space

Overall great condo. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of space for 6 people, although we only had 3 in our party. Easy to cook in condo, close to shopping and plenty of nice places to eat. Easy beach access. Great pools. The only "run down" issue with the entire place was some of the plastic finishing on kitchen cabinets was coming off. Otherwise, spectacular place to stay and would do so again!

Good family vacation

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. Parking was easy. Check in was a breeze. Cons: dishwasher leaked all over ther kitchen floor so we had to hand wash everything that was used. The "white paint" on the cabinets was just white contact paper and it was coming off. Elevators were hard to come by, especially during checkout. Waited 30 minutes for one and had to ride it all of the way up just to go down to the parking level.

The unit was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry room had newer appliances. View from the balcony was great. The only thing that needs updating is the balcony chairs. They are beginning to wear.

Beautiful Unit!!

The condo was very nice and clean. Love the color scheme, so relaxing. No issues at all. The washer has a huge tub so two thumbs up. Balcony furniture was in great shape and really comfy. I’m a nervous MiMi so the top bunk made me a little concerned for my 4 year old grandson to sleep up there, but we just put a couple of pillows by the bar and it worked perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo!

We stayed six nights in this beautiful condo on the 22nd floor. The view was amazing! We had lots of room and everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The only big negative is that the elevators are severely overworked and slow, so patience is required. A minor negative is that maintainance isn’t the best—broken towel bar, super slow sink drain in one bathroom, just little things that in no way ruined our stay!
