Welcome to The Commodore, Unit 608! Perfectly located on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach, you’ll be just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and within walking distance of local favorites like Schooners beachfront dining, plus only minutes from marinas, golf courses, and St. Andrews State Park. This family-friendly resort sits directly on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” and features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. On-site amenities include a basketball court, shuffleboard, and cornhole for plenty of fun. For those who love to cook, the pavilion offers grills to fire up your favorite meals, and on cooler evenings you can enjoy s’mores by the fire pit. With direct beach access, you’ll be just steps from the sugar-white sand where you can rent chairs and umbrellas, ride jet skis, play volleyball, or simply relax by the water. The Commodore truly has everything you need for a memorable beach getaway!


Upon entering this spacious condo, you’ll find a welcoming guest bedroom to your right featuring a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. To the left, the fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, and you’ll also appreciate the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Just down the hall, the guest bathroom offers a vanity and a walk-in shower with a built-in seat. This bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the front bedroom for added convenience. The open dining area includes a table for six, perfect for meals or game nights, and flows into the living room, where you’ll find a large Smart TV and a comfortable sofa with plenty of seating for everyone to relax.
Off the living room, the primary king bedroom features its own flat-screen Smart TV, a private en suite bathroom with a shower, and best of all—direct Gulf-front views. Step out onto the spacious balcony, furnished with seating, and enjoy the breathtaking sights and sounds of the beach right from your condo.


Additional property amenities include all of your kitchen items for cooking, bed linens, high quality bathroom towels and kitchen towels, high speed internet, and an initial supply of startup household supplies for kitchen and bath.


The property features a beachfront pool and hot tub, with chaise loungers for guest use, as well as a gated children's pool. The covered pavilion offers outdoor grilling and picnic tables, a firepit and recreational amenities and equipment.


Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (2) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.


Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
