The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 307 from 11/21 - 12/6. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

This Gulf-front Panama City Beach property has all the resort amenities to guarantee the perfect vacation!
Couples and small families will love this one-bedroom retreat featuring a balcony with amazing views and access to two pools (one of which is heated seasonally), shuffleboard, tennis, and a Tiki Bar (seasonal).

The brightly lit living room is the perfect place to plan out your relaxing day over a homemade breakfast made in the kitchen. The king bed is exactly where you'll want to rest up after working hard on your tan. There's also a sofa bed, so up to six guests can comfortably stay here. And those ocean views are divine!

Within steps of your door, you'll find shuffleboard and tennis for a little friendly competition. Cool off in one of the pools if the sun gets to be too much.

IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fine and ejection. VRC# 55202

Great getaway

Overall great stay! Would stay here again. A little higher than I would like to pay but Summit has everything you need. Tiki Bar and Bikini Bobs. Love them!
