* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 515 from 11/5 - 11/20. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

This family-oriented Gulf Front complex has all the amenities, so come relax, have fun, and enjoy the surroundings in this beautiful condo! The living room features upscale furnishings that exude casual elegance. The sofa offers a pull-out queen-size sleeper bed. A large LCD HDTV is available for your family`s evening fun and entertainment. It`s a great place to unwind after a busy day at the beach.

The best feature of this condo may just be the balcony! It overlooks the two large sparkling pools below and gives you an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico. It makes the perfect "escape point" for a late-night wind-down or early-morning inspiration.

You will love the convenient kitchen and dining area layout connected to the living room. The kitchen has all the major and minor appliances you`ll need during your stay, plus the full complement of cookware, utensils, and dishes are also included. So you`re prepared to fry up the day's fresh catch or enjoy takeout from your favorite restaurant. The round dining table comfortably seats 4; if needed, you can sit a couple more at the kitchen counter.

The Summit is a large complex with beach access just a few steps away and includes 2 swimming pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, and so much more. It`s a perfect destination for a couples weekend or family vacation at the World`s Most Beautiful Beaches. The Summit offers the perfect balance of a relaxing atmosphere and modern amenities. From this perfect location, you can walk to the beach or enjoy great shopping and delicious restaurants in close proximity. When the sun goes down, Panama City Beach lights up with an enticing array of after-dark entertaining options to keep you busy throughout the evening.

I have been staying at the summit for years, unfortunately we went during spring break (which we did not know) there was just 3 of us that went. We was all chilling in the hot tub it was super crowded and one of the security guards started yelling something to everyone at the hot tube area and I had no idea what he said and I asked the lady beside me (“what did he say”) then the god awful security guard walked over to me squatted down and pointed his finger at me in my face and started cussing at me threatening to call the cops on me cussing at me calling me a little girl mind you I’m 32 I was SPEECHLESS I don’t say a word to him as he was doing that bc I was so confused on what was even going on as he walked away he said he was gonna call the police and have me escorted out for back talking. I then got out the hot tube and went to my room bc I was humiliated and completely embarrassed and the other security guard approached me and apologized for how he acted and he got my information and said he was gonna have something done like I was in tears bc the way he cussed me and talked to me was ridiculous. I’ve always loved the summit and my kids loved the summit we stay there at least 3 times a year but after that I highly doubt I’ll be back bc WHAT IF my kids witnessed that. He seriously must have thought I was a young college student bc he called me a spoiled brat like no sir I booked this trip with my money. I hope he’s no longer there for other ppls sake.
