Sea Cliffs is a gulf front, gated townhouse community located on the north end of Cape San Blas adjacent to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. This community includes a large swimming pool making it a perfect place for the entire family. This particular unit is perfectly located to maximize beautiful gulf views and the community pool is just outside the door. You get the best of both worlds and at a gulf view price.

Inside you will feel right at home with the living level on the first level, guest bedrooms on the 2nd and the private master suite located on the top floor. Enjoy this gated community in style. Take advantage of the recently built bike path on Cape San Blas and explore the St. Joseph State park adjacent to the Sea Cliff Community. We've made that much easier too if you plan to take advantage of the Beach Gear Rental. It's truly a vacationer's dream.

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking, single garage and laundry room just inside the foyer. 1st level – living room with TV, DVD and gulf view deck furnished for outdoor dining; eat-in kitchen with dining for 6 and 3 barstools; and half bath. There are safety gates on all stairway entrances if you’re bringing little ones. 2nd level – Bedroom 1 – king bed, TV, full bath with shower/tub combo and gulf view deck; and Bedroom 2 – queen bed, TV, DVD and full bath with shower/tub combo. 3rd level – top floor master suite with king bed, TV, walk-in closet, gulf view deck and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo.

Very comfortable townhouse. The layout was very nice. LOVED the elevator!!! Gates on stairs saved us a lot of trouble as we had a 2 yr old with us. Pristine Properties could not have had better service. Also the location near the state park was great. We could walk just a short distance and be away from the crowd.

Great location

Overall impression of this property was ok. Some things have been updated, others not and do need it. Short of ripping up the carpeting that covers the 2nd and 3rd floors, it NEEDS to be deep steam cleaned. It is evidently soiled AND locks in the moisture from the atmosphere. The AC unit is either insufficient for the entire unit OR is broken. The 3rd floor master bedroom was very warm. There is a ceiling fan, floor fan AND a window AC unit (which didn't produce cool air), but if the AC was properly working, all the fans wouldn't be needed and the carpet would fair better. Also, if the AC unit was sufficient for the condo, there would not be a musty smell to the air inside. On the bright side, the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes and the necessities needed in a kitchen. Has a stand alone ice-maker, but not in working order. Loved the garage and space to keep our beach things securely stored. Very handy to come up from the beach, wash feet, go into the garage, drop beach gear, throw wet towels and such right into the washing machine (right inside the door from the garage) and go upstairs. GREAT proximity to the beach. Has an elevator, but no longer in working order - all the access point doors had been bolted shut. For the price paid, would like to see a few updates, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Do a facelift on the kitchen cabinets and update the countertops. All the vanities in the bathrooms are too low...swap those out for a better height and just these few updates will add value to the property! Overall it was fine - met all basic needs and everything you really need for a stay at the beach.
