"Arrived hotel is in a fantastic position in Bath. Was on a weekend spa weekend with friends. Bit disappointed to find out the lift was not working and our room was on the third floor of very steep stair case. Was apologized to about the lift and said waiting for it to be fixed. Got up the stairs to room. Good sized room for three very spacious. Was a bit of a musty smell when we got in the room. Only for one night so we could deal with it. Could have done with being aired before we arrived would have made a major improvement. Staff very good and. Helpful given instructions of how to get back in if after 11 which was no problem. Amazing fresh cooked breakfast and lots of choice. Only thing that let it down was by the lift as two of the party had mobility issues so may have been helpful to let us know in advance to give us the option to change rooms. Overall lovely hotel in amazing location."

"The hotel has limited parking spaces at the rear and it’s great they only charge if you find a spot. Rajeev at reception was every helpful in making us feel welcome. The location is 10 mins walk to the Bath city centre, so we left the car parked for our two days. If you have luggage you need to walk it from the car park to the hotel reception as there’s no back door entry. This means suitcases on a short distance of footpath. It’s not busy but good to know."

"Excellent location and staff was great. Location is a 10 minute walk from train station and absolutely in the middle of everything including tour logistics. The location has a vibrant nightlife . A draw back is the noise which did carry on well past midnight. The hotel did have ear plugs at each nightstand nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant next door was a great bonus (The Oaks as I recall) . Other Great restaurants close by ."
