"The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly we shouldn’t have needed to have commented at all considering the level of service to be expected from The Ritz)."

"This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this resort & it was wonderful! The staff is always helpful & courteous and the grounds beautiful. My only disappointment was the new plans for “all inclusive “. In the past we were able to use any restaurant in the sister Divi Resorts but this visit we were limited to just the 3 restaurants at the Divi Golf Villas. There is now 2 plans, the Signature which I had & the Mega which includes restaurants in the sister hotels. No where did I see the distinction when I booked this trip which was a bit misleading. "

"I can not say enough about the Tamarijn! It is beautiful, peaceful, fun, relaxing, lovely staff, and did I say beautiful?! OMG I won't stay anywhere else. 5 stars all around ... highly recommend!"

"Pool was great, only down fall is that security didn't allow the kids to have floats that we brought. I didn't think the staff was overly friendly and for the price paid i feel like there should have been more complimentary activities for the kids. Other resorts offer much more for kids."
