Reached out to the management company (Check My Guest) during our stay as issues arose to no avail. Surfaced our experience to Belvilla online-no response. Very disappointing experience. Vacated the rental a day early due to dishwasher, washing machine and HOB not having power. Hot water heater stopped working on day 2 of our 3 day stay. Better options out there as we found during our remaining week in France.
