It was close to Paris du Nord station but it was not in a very good area of Paris. The motel rooms are super small. No amenities. I would give it one star.

Rooms and elevators are quite small. Our safe and the toilet flush did not work and we got an upgrade to a larger room which we appreciated very much . Thank you. Staff very friendly and helpful ( especially Ana )

Small low key hotel that is affordable. I loved every second i stayed there. The two front desk ladies are so nice and welcoming. Avalon will be my first choice to stay the next time i am in 🇫🇷 France.
