The hotel was incredibly accommodating. We arrived in the morning before our check-in time. They offered in the basement a lounge, restroom area for guest to use, as well as luggage service. As we head down to the lounge, the staff ran after us and informed us that our room is ready because they gave us an upgrade to a king size bed room! The hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located in St. Germaine near Notre Dame, but on a very quiet street. The breakfast buffet is also amazing with great spread, hot and cold, pastry, etc. We will definitely stay there again!

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but understand it was very good. The front desk staff were wonderful, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. On occasion, the maid staff missed replacing coffee and towels. The location is fabulous and I would not hesitate to stay again.

The room was clean with excellent air-conditioning. It had all the conveniences we needed. I didn't like being on the ground floor, would've prefered a higher floor. The staff was very friendly and it was a very nice stay. The hotel is close to many attractions, so it's a great central place to walk from. The breakfast is quite good with a variety. It's located in a very cozy street with a great selection of restaurants within a minute of walking.
