Very charming and central apartment of 45m2 located in the heart of Paris, right behind Montparnasse station and close to the Eiffel Tower.
Down the street is the amazing place of Egdar Quinet where you have all types of restaurants, cinemas, theaters, bars, street market every Saturday morning.
Next to the building, there is a mall with the cheapest french supermarket and Food society.
Jardin de Luxembourg is 10 min away by bus 58 or 20min by feet.
Catacombs of Paris are 15 min walk.

Location is excellent but with only one key it made going in and out with two people challenging. Minor issue. Overall amenities were excellent
