The hotel was ok for one star hotel. One of the plugs in our room didn’t work but we had spare one. We asked for new clean pillow cases and the staff sorted it out. The staff is very friendly.

A Diamond (rough) in a very busy place

We wanted an hotel near to Gare du Nord as we were getting an early train the following morning and this was 3 minutes walk away. The hotel is very comfortable but the lift is very cramped, but so welcome, as was the concierge's welcome. Hotel looks like it could do with a steam clean but the room was a nice size although the toilet and bathroom were on opposite sides of the bedroom, bizarrely.... Great price and easy to find, a good place to stay if you need somewhere close to the station and restaurants

Very friendly and helpful staff in front desk, good location in front of Gare du Nord and close to sacre court, it wasn’t expensive compared to other hotels in the area and I would definitely stay again
