The living room features a large comfy sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, and fridge to prepare a tasty home-cooked meal easily. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The apartment also has a washer for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and some storage space.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, complimentary toiletries, a walk-in shower, and a hairdryer.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 10th arrondissement is a lively and vibrant due to its historical heritage. Many historical sites, such as the famous Porte Saint-Denis, were built-in 1672 for the glory of the Sun King, Louis XIV.

While in the area, you'll be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially in the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, and the Reilhac passage (the passage of Desire). If you want to discover the city differently, tour the Brady Passage to take advantage of the many Indian and Pakistani signs.

Children and adults will love the Manoir de Paris, a "haunted house" in a former earthenware factory.

Also, remember to stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin and enjoy its timeless atmosphere, or go to the garden of the Saint-Louis Hospital. This historic place resembles the Place des Vosges.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Poissonnières (Line 7), is just a few steps from the apartment.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
