It was a very nice and perfectly located hotel. We loved staying at this hotel because we had many metro lines close by and walking distance historical sites. The rooms were very comfortable and they had a clean shower. The walls can be paper thin, but it’s not something that bothered us.

The property was well maintained and clean. It was beautifully furnished and the amenities were nice. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English well. The room was a bit warm, but we were able to open the windows, which helped to keep us comfortable. The Cosy room we requested was somewhat small, making it tight for two people with luggage. I would recommend a somewhat larger room if someone intends to spend much time there.

The hotel is amazing. I got a free room upgrade as I was staying with my family and this is an option for the gold members of Hotels.com. The staff is amazing they are so nice. They also offered my daughter a small gift. I am definitely returning back to the hotel and I regret having only booked one night I would have loved to stay more.

The helpfulness and attentiveness of the front desk staff was really refreshing and nice experience. Our bed was also made everytime we got back to the hotel room which put a smile on our face everytime we walked in from a long day of exploring Paris!
