Have used this hotel over the years and have consistently found it to be convenient as a stopping point arriving or leaving Paris due to its location near Gare Du Nord and Metro 4/5 lines, plus good value for money. For longer stays in Paris I’d choose another location but as a travel gateway or for a short stay it’s ideal - friendly multilingual staff, clean, smallish rooms but comfortable, and important these climate-changing days, a great A/C!

Elevator and room were dollhouse sized but very clean and the A/C worked extremely well. Wish we could have checked in early but they stored our bags before and after our stay, which was very helpful.

The rooms are small, but you are just sleeping there it's perfect. If you need more space when meeting friends you can use the cozy room by receptionist. Hotel is in a great location if you are looking to be near the train station. Restaurants near by.

The front desk guy from Africa was very welcoming, pleasant and warm. Thank you for your service. The hotel also made it possible for us to have an early check in around 10:30am, get a nap and tour the beautiful city later.

Close to the metro, a lot of good restaurants around Didn't like the noise, they where painting and start make noises at 7:00am. After the renovation it maybe better.

A very nice and clean hotel two minutes from Gare du Nord. Our room was small but functional with comfy beds and a spotless bathroom. There was some maintenance happening during our stay (painting, replacing carpets) which meant a little noise during the day but nothing major. Staff were polite and helpful.

It doesn't look like much from the outside but this hotel had everything we needed. Or room was small but practical and having a separate toilet and shower worked really well for 3 people. Comfortable beds. The air conditioning was a boon during the heatwave. The double glazing and soundproofing must be amazing as it's a busy area but our room was really quiet. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility as the lift is tiny (traditional Parisian!) and the corridors narrow. Simple but good breakfast.

We chose to stay here because of location. We arrived at Gare du Nord (3 minutes walk) and next day caught a train from Gare de l’est (10 minutes walk) The reception staff were helpful. Our ensuite room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Would stay again if using those train stations.

Just five minutes' walk from the Gare du Nord so it's great if you're arriving by Eurostar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was quite small (well, this is Paris) but clean and comfortable. Nice to have a bath. Breakfast was basic but had all you'd probably want.

First visit and I was extremely pleased. Very close to gare du nord with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by. Very friendly and helpful staff, including super room cleaning team who did a great job. Great air con in room which was needed with 35Two small quibbles: the breakfast was modest, it was okay but great choice, and shower water pressure was moderate, rather than great. Buf these ars only small issues, I will 100% stay again soon because of very helpful, kind staff and super location.

I found it odd that you had to leave your room key at the front desk when you left the hotel. Otherwise, the room was fine, the staff was helpful. Primarily stayed here as I had an early morning train and it was super easy to get to the station, 2 minute walk.
