Bien lire l'offre avant de réserver...

Attention chambre d'hôtel qui n'a pas de salle de bain et de toilette privatives. Quand vous effectuez la recherche sur le site Hotel.com, même en précisant que vous souhaitez des sanitaires privatives, l'offre de cette chambre apparaît dans vos recherches et la mention sanitaire en commun n'apparaît qu'une fois la réservation validée (sans pouvoir l'annuler bien sûr). Après cette manipulation commerciale dégradant fortement l'expérience client, vous n'êtes pas encore au bout de vos surprises : Vous allez être surpris par la propreté laissant à désirer. Odeurs de vieux linge sur les taies d'oreiller, plaid polaire de 1cm d'épaisseur avec un drap pas assez grand pour le recouvrir donc en contact direct avec le plaid utilisé par des milliers de personnes, tâches suspectes sur le plaid... j'ai dormi complètement habillé avec un bonnet et n'ai pas osé poser ma valise au sol ni la laisser ouverte. L'expérience a tellement été horrible que je ne suis pas resté pendant la seconde nuit. Excédé, j'ai fait part de mes commentaires à la réception qui s'est contenté de repousser 100% de la faute sur le site Hotel.com et m'a également signifié que manipuler légèrement la réalité de l'offre n'est pas une fraude (car bien entendu j'ai parlé de la DGCCRF)!!! A éviter sauf si vous devez dormir sous un pont.

Petit hôtel sympa à côté de tout !

Pour les personnes qui ne recherchent pas le grand luxe et souhaite simplement dormir cet hôtel est le bon. Bien sûr il manque des petites choses mais on s’y accommode pour une nuit :)

Bad Hotel, Bad Location, Bad Overall

I do not recommend this place to anyone. 1) The bed is very uncomfortable 2) Sewer gas smell is seeping through the sink. I had to cover the drain with a towel so the smell doesn't come through. 3) The hotel smells like cigarette. The old man in the front desk smoke and his cigarette can be smelled all the way to the second floor. I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to trap the smell from coming into the room. 4) This place is situated in a ghetto area of Paris.

Удобно и хорошо.

Очень удобное местоположение отеля, несколько станций метро в шаговой доступности, маркеты, Монмартр под боком и до других районов можно гулять пешком. В номере было тепло, полностью соответствовал своему описанию на сайте и фото. Соседей шумных не было, так что оказалось вполне комфортно и в этом смысле. Хороший вариант на несколько дней, рекомендую!

Hotel Básico

Dos noches, viajando solo en Paris. La ubicación es buena, parada de metro a pocos metros y la Basílica del Sagrado Corazón la puedes visitar a pie. En los alrededores hay una gran cantidad de bares y restaurantes. Caminando 5 minutos llegas al área del Moulin Rouge, llena de bares y tiendas para adultos, por lo que debes caminar con precaución. Mi habitación fue de baño compartido y afortunadamente siempre lo encontré libre y limpio. La habitación estaba limpia, pero el edificio es sumamente antiguo y sin mantenimiento. No tuve una terrible experiencia y el personal de la recepción fue amable, pero hubiera preferido pagar un poco más para quedarme en un mejor lugar. No tengo nada que reprochar puntualmente pero no me volvería a hospedar en el lugar.

Mi experiencia no es buena. Pague por un baño privado y solo tiene ducha y para lavarse las manos. No había water. El servicio era compartido y solo había water no tenía para lavarse las manos. La cama era vieja, se movía y hacia ruido.

帰国の空港用にと泊まりましたが最悪でした、部屋は狭く不潔、実質5階（階名は4階）にもかかわらずエレベーターとかが無くスーツケースを持っての階段は過酷過ぎる、トイレは共用、シャワーはある、北駅の近くで治安は悪い、モンマルトル界隈でさらに治安が悪い、軍の兵士が5人が機関銃に指を添えて警戒していた。

散歩好きにはオススメです。

サクレ・クール寺院が朝一で楽しめます。私は行けなかったけど、パリの街を見下ろせるので、夜景も綺麗なはず。駅近くて、安いスーパーや、飲食店も多いし、街並みも散策に最適。トイレは共同だけど、この値段で泊まれるなら、オッケー。

Metro station was outside the door. Ahmad on reception was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Double room was clean and shower was very good. I can't think of any bad things to say as it was very good value for the price. And Sacre Couer and Montmartre were right around the corner.

2階に上る階段は斜めになっていて、トイレとシャワーが共用なのは使いにくいけど、街中でこのお値段ならしょうがないかな。入口が小さくて狭くて事前に写真見てないと分かりにくかったです。お部屋はエヤコンなしだけど窓を開けると涼しい。タオルやシーツは一応洗濯されていて使えますよ。wifiもお部屋で入るし、飛行機乗り継ぎで一泊するのに節約して泊まったので一泊なら我慢できます。
