Its in a safe location where transportation is easy to get to to include the dining options in the area. Great staff, good breakfast. I look to my next trip to Paris the hotel was part of that experience.

This is a lovely property with spacious rooms. The beds are very comfortable and they have big windows you can open and see out or let the fresh air in.. but hands down what sets this property aside is the staff and customer service. They are amazing and truly care about their patrons having the best stay possible. Michael and John and the two ladies at the front desk they all went over and beyond to help my family and I. Unfortunately my parents lost their passports and my dad got sick while on holiday throughout Europe and had to be hospitalized in Paris. I flew to Paris from the US to help them and booked this hotel. The staff asked about my father ever day and when he was finally able to get discharged they were so excited for us. They helped us print out the paperwork we would need for the emergency visas .. which they were able to get and are now safely back in the US. I couldn’t ask for more hospitality! What a wonderful experience and a big thank you to the staff that made our stay at Park Lane so special in the midst of our troubles!

Perfect location, helpful crew…

The hotel is in a very central location, it is possible to reach almost everywhere on foot or by metro. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but adequate and comfortable. The cleaning was done very well. I stayed at Park Lane for three days and I was very satisfied.

Hotel staff friendly. Close to shops and main tourist attractions. Breakfast good, but could do with more variety. Hotel has a bar, but no spa or sauna. Room relatively large for Paris. Bed comfortable and room was clean. Would stay again.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well so I didn't feel lost when directions were required. We had an issue with our room the first night and they relocated us asap. We were very thankful. The only down fall was the lobby was being renovated so there was no place to seat and relax in the lobby - felt sorry for the staff who were trying to work during all the construction. We made the best of the situation ...I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, poor room.

Very friendly staff. However, found the room to be quite poor for a 4 star hotel. The towel rail was not straight, tiling not properly finished, when used the shower, the taps were wobbly. Wife nearly hurt herself as she opened the door, it was so tight to the front door and the hinge you couldn't open it properly. Not spacious at all. Would like to point out despite the room being quite poor, the staff were extremely friendly.

Good except for transportation arrangement

Hotel is clean and location is good, close to Champs Elysees and 2 metro stations. Female staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly. However rooms are very small, also their AC system was not working properly and we had to keep a window opened. End of our stay was really negatively impacted by hotel's way to arrange a transportation for us back to the airport. They sent us an email that they can help us order a taxi, we were glad to use their help and the price for that as per their email and male receptionist was going to be 60-65 euros. When our taxi arrived next morning the price suddenly went up to 85 euros and their overnight receptionist John said that this is what we have to pay. The taxi that we got was not even an official Paris taxi with a lit up taxi sign on top, it was giant black van that can fit 10 people and it was just 2 of us. Felt really scammed, do not recommend asking hotel for help when arranging transportation anywhere.

Avoid any room on the ground floor. When the metro passes by the room is not only noisy but also shaking. Metro goes every few mins. It’s not possible to stay in that room.

This property, located in the 8th, is in a very good location! You’ve got multiple metro stops close by and a plethora of dining options! I also felt very safe coming and going from the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our requests. I would definitely come back to stay here next time I’m in Paris!

Et fint lite hotel med grei standard. Gode senger, bra renhold, men det var antydninger til mugg i dusjen. Baderomsvifte fungerte ikke så ble fuktig på bad og rom. Service bra, men hadde en opplevelse der en ansatt visste med tydelig kroppsspråk at det var slitsomt å servere meg i baren. Når jeg da bestilte så ville de ha meg til å kjøpe mer enn jeg var i behov av. En liten sak, men allikevel noe jeg reagerte på. Vi hadde totalt sett en veldig fin opplevelse og anbefaler hotellet videre.

Allocated a top floor room. Room was absolutely boiling. Staff refused to switch air conditioning on. Ended up having to book and stay at another hotel. Hotel refused to move my room or provide a refund.
