It's located right across from a church, so every hour you will hear church bells to indicate the time, and one bell for the half hour mark. The stairs are crooked and narrow, and the elevator can hold maybe 2 people. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There are many cafes and restaurants around, one right below the hotel so you will hear chatter if the windows are open. Our room had a slanted floor.

Ein kleines Hotel mitten im 11. Arrondissement in der Nähe der Bastille. Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war top.

Kleines Hotel, sehr eng, ungerade Stiegen, die dünnsten Wände die ich je erlebt habe, man hört sämtliche Wecker der umliegenden Zimmer. Das Zimmer war so groß wie ein Schuhkarton, das Personal so langsam dass du die Arbeit am liebsten selbst machen würdest. Plus: Das Frühstück und die Dusche waren in Ordnung

The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. I was given a room with a courtyard view and it was quiet. The room was cozy and bed was comfortable. Facilities were great. Note that there were no shower curtains in the bathroom, which meant that the floor would get very wet after showering. Also, wifi was very slow but was good enough for messaging. There were many cafes, shops, and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Metro stations and bus stops were of walking distance. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would consider staying here again whenever I’m in Paris.

La struttura vicinissima alla metro, in una zona con locali e tutto quello che serve (anche mini market). Personale della hole gentilissimo in particolare due ragazze di cui una italiana! Letti comodissimi con stanza ampia. Bagno con doccia e tutto quello che serve nel bagno( anche finestra che da sulla Chiostrina) Ogni giorno cambiati asciugamani e accessori per doccia. Inoltre anche il letto veniva ste sempre fatto ogni mattina. Cortesia anche nel tenere le valigie nello stanzino in attesa di taxi. Consiglio a tutti. Mauro e Sarah

Good location, OK price

I stayed one night because I went to a concert at the Badaboum which is 5 minutes down the road. Very friendly and gentle staff. The room was spacious but most of it was empty, I think an additional proper desk + chair would be good. I don't watch TV but the TV was on the wall in a weird place, it should be mounted on a moving arm so it can be watched from the bed. The bathroom sink wasn't great as it has old-style separate hot and cold water handles, and the actual faucet is huge and in the middle so it gets in the way if you want to wash your face. Good breakfast, simple but in a nice room under the roof on the 4th floor.

Struttura posizionata in una via centralissima, piena di locali e ristoranti (c’è vita a tutte le ore della giornata); la sera è piena di gente e nonostante questo, pur avendo la finestra che affacciava sulla via, i rumori erano ben attutiti. La posizione è, quindi, a dir poco eccellente..a 5 minuti a piedi sia dalla fermata metro “Bastille” sia da “voltaire”. Il personale gentilissimo, consegnavamo le chiavi della camera all’uscita e a qualunque ora tornavamo ci venivano restituite. Stanza grande (soprattutto per le dimensioni parigine), pulita e attrezzata del necessario. Quando tornerò a Parigi sicuramente tornerò a soggiornare presso questa struttura.

I loved the location, price, and staff of this hotel. For what you are paying the facilities and service are awesome, the design was also modern and it didn't feel like an old hotel. Has a unique floor plan, and it's quiet considering the amount of bars and cafes there is around. The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating! The only downside is you have to give your key up every time you leave somewhere, I've travelled to a lot of places and stayed at all sorts of hotels and this was the first time I was made to do this. On one of the nights, we went to the Moulin Rouge, and we came back to the hotel late since it's a late show, and there was no one at the front and we had to wait at the lobby until someone returned and gave us our room key again. If they are going to make you give up your key every time, they need to have someone at the front all the time to be able to give you back the key, other than that all was great!

Posizione ottima, stanza gradevole e di dimensioni congrue. Qualche difficoltà a colazione (non c'era mai un tavolo pulito e pronto e colazione molto frugale). All'arrivo doveva esserci il nostro ParisPass in albergo; la ragazza del front desk ha detto, in modo molto frettoloso, che non c'era nulla. Ci ha costretti ad andare all'ufficio del turismo dove ci hanno invece confermato che il pacco era stato consegnato. Solo dopo l'insistenza della signora del ufficio del turismo (che ha gentilmente chiamato in hotel) lo ha trovato. E nel momento n cui ce l'ha consegnato, anzichè scusarsi è stata molto arrogante.
