The hotel was surrounded by cafes. Great choices for dining. The hotel room was clean but the furniture was rather old and worn. The carpet in the common area was very dirty.The staff was pleasant and helpful.We were sent to the second location when we checked in. That site was not acceptable. The room was clean but bathroom was not acceptable as the toilet seat was damaged and very stained. We were moved when we voiced our issues.The staff were helpful and courteous.

Cute Parisian boutique hotel. The staff was amazing and breakfast was perfect. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was well located to wonderful quaint cafes and sites. Staff went beyond all expectations with safety and client care.

we basically stayed in our room to sleep, shower and get ready for the day. I wasn't happy with the original room they assigned to me so i told the concierge and the next day they showed me 3 possible rooms I can choose from. Robbie is very accommodating to my family. The staff is friendly as well. The location is perfect! walking distance to Edgar-Quintet station and theres many areas to eat, shop and drink. it is close to 5 corners and areas are not so far, easy uber rides and taxi to major attractions.

Ruben and team were amazing. They made our stay so special. They had great recommendations and treated us like family. Ruben literally walked us over to the best restaurant for dinner. I will definitely return to this spot again. We are truly grateful. Bisous 💋

We’re lucky to be upgraded to a triple room due to our last minute booking. The hotel is a small Parisienne hotel in the restaurant strip of Montparnasse. It is an old building but our room has had a refurbishment of the bathroom so apart from a small bit of mould on the window frame it was very clean. We opened the window to air the bathroom while showering. The room had a balcony looking over the street which we could use to dry laundry. Access to the Metro was excellent with two stations very close. Staff were helpful and friendly. Quite acceptable.

Very convenient location, right next to restaurants, a convenient store, laundry and a pib that stays open late. A quick ride to the eiffel tower. The staff is amazing. The hotel itself is dated, it's a good bang for the buck. My trip was with two other guy friends for the Olympics so it worked for us.

Learn some French it goes a long way. Great location, 15 min walk to Port Royal station to get to and from airport, about 2-3 min walk to the m-6 and m-4 metro, lots of food everywhere very close to the catacombs, and other large attractions. Very safe location. Great staff very helpful and very nice when I accidentally butchered their native language. Very understanding and even taught me a couple words in French! Would highly recommend and will be looking to book there next time I go back. Not so good things: they say AC but it doesnt work. There is an ac looking appliance but we could not get the temp to change at all. So don't rely on that. Shower was incredibly cramped. 6'7 so yea very difficult to shower. If you want to turn on the lights and outlets you need your room card to be inserted into the white box thing next to the door. If it's not in there the lights and outlets won't work. Just fyi. Not an actual issue but we both never seen that before and it took us an hour or so to figure out lol

Very poor service and maitenance.

Hotel room has not been locked or unlocked for 6 days. It is a scathing indictment of French Hotel Service. In general communication in English is not easy except one manager. We have not recived any apologies for the room 61 not working for 6 days

Unfriendly and unhelpful reception. Request for towels delayed for 3 days. Request for a bulb for the reading lamp, never happened. Toilet seat not fastened down and shifted around. The first night was NOT the room we requested. So we had to change rooms for the rest of the stay. The Hotel was NOT the one I paid for. They made us move to another building down the street. I don't know why. They didn't answer questions and were NOT friendly

Shower wall and tub and bathroom need some deep cleaning and the property in general is falling apart, room smells like sewer. Not worth your money, do not stay here. The only good thing about this hotel was the guy at reception was nice and helpfull, beds are not comfortable, very small pillows, theres no wi fi, lights don’t work. One of the worst stays ever!
