The room is too small for a family with 3 people. My husband always bang his head to the deck bed above ours. But the breakfast is good though. Lots of selections and early too (opens 6:30 am ) which is good for early riser travellers.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to both the metro and the bus stand. However, the room had a very low bunk bed above the main bed, and we ended up hitting our heads on it several times, which was quite uncomfortable.

> Friendly Staff. > I bring my own hair dryer, so no issue. > I bring my own hot water bottle (2 No.), and I went to reception once every morning before going out, and once when I return to the hotel. Hotel Review: Basic Loft Lodging Outside Paris

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was exactly what we needed: a clean, no-frills place to sleep. The accommodations were simple but met our expectations, and the friendly staff at the front desk made the stay pleasant from the start. BASIC Loft Lodging for two people, it could sleep three. There was a small bunk above the main bed, which would be ideal for a child or someone nimble. While the beds weren’t exceptionally plush, they were comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. Bathroom: The bathroom, like the room, was tiny but clean. I brought my own cleaning supplies to touch up, I was impressed with how well they maintained it. The water pressure was excellent, which is always a plus. However, I recommend bringing your own soap and shampoo, as the shower only had an all-in-one dispenser, and there was no lotion provided. The towels were quite thin, so if you prefer thicker ones, you might want to bring your own. We chose not to have the daily cleaning service as we're late sleepers and wanted privacy, but they were accommodating in providing fresh towels upon request. Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was good throughout our stay. However, I woke up to long line of ants on the last night after I accidentally dropped a crumb, which was a bit of a downside. Cons: - No ice available on-site. - You have to put down a deposit for an iron or blow dryer. - There are no electrical outlet

We reserved room for 4 nights for 3 adults and their room was size of a closet, no room to place our luggage, it was just very cramped. We checked out next morning, manager said, he would refund us remaining 3 days what was owed to us. Never received any refund as of yet, reported to Expedia, said to give it some time. This is going on month now. Hopefully this review will reach someone in their headquarters. I will attach my correspondences as well.

Unbearable heat and no cooling—avoid if you like sleep.. I stayed at 811, this hotel recently and had a very uncomfortable experience. Being on the top floor, the room was extremely hot. When I tried to use the AC, it only blew hot air. Upon asking reception, I was told that cooling is turned off for the entire building and is unavailable in any room. To make matters worse, there are no proper windows to open for fresh air. If you are sensitive to heat or traveling during a warm spell, be aware that you will have no way to cool your room. Very disappointing for the price paid. ** it specifically advertised air-conditioned rooms and we got cooked inside*** The only window photo has been attached here, can’t open anymore

Poor staff help to solve issues

The administrator was not helpful to accept pay in cash with 200€ banknote for breakfast because he had no change, He didn't let us pay after and unfortunately I couldn't use my card, so We had to take other option. Regarding cleaning, service didn't clean the floor during our stay. Hotel is quite acceptable administration is not.

I bought a package from Travelocity that included breakfast. As always in Paris there is a city tax that would of come to $11. And change however as soon as we walked in a rude guy at reception said it only includes breakfast for two and I had booked a room for 3 which I had paid for and even though I showed the guy our written package and no where did it state that it was breakfast for two he said I had to pay 55 euros not the city tax of 11. And change. I said I do agree the city tax as it was clearly stated when I bought the package he insisted that children over 12 had to pay for breakfast separately. This is a lie because when I called Travelocity and told them what had happened they said they would contact the hotel and get me reimbursed. After waiting for day and on my way home they finally answered and told me that the change was for the city tax! . Which was a lie and I should mentioned that this hotel targets Spanish speakers because at breakfast the next day I heard the same story except that one family of four were change for breakfast for all of them even though they bought the package that included breakfast and their children were under the so called age limit that the scammer had said my child was over of 12 yrs old! Please Travelocity do better! As for Ibis I will never booked any hotel from you. Freaking Scammers!
