The staff was very kind. We had what we needed for the trip to be a success. Transportation was good and convenient, bus right outside the hotel which took us to a nearby metro station.

This property is right next to a mall with lots of dining options as well as a supermarket. The public transit (bus 24) was also super convenient.

While not particularly close to what we needed, there were rentalable bikes nearby and it was a wonderful price for the room. Near a grocery store and several restaurants. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very helpful

It's your typical low cost hotel. However this place was also lacking a hairdryer in your bedroom and the usual tea/coffee. The location was fine to get into the city centre.

Very basic okay for one night

No free luggage storage, no soap in bathroom by sink, only attached to shower wall, poor water pressure, poor towels. Location good and quiet, attached to mall. Walking distance to metro, bus, train and quai bercy.

Once we had arrived via metro and bus relatively late at night we found the staff helpful at reception. The room was as expected, clean and suitable for us and our 13 year old daughter. The surroundings are bleak and we could find nowhere to eat at 10pm.

Lovely service, poor cleanliness, fair for price

Service was amazing, extremely nice helpful and polite, and efficient. Happy to advise on areas of interest and any support needed during our stay. Some of the nicest and most personable customer service experiences I’ve had to date. Our room was changed free of charge for a nicer view, however this meant each morning the cleaners tried to enter our room assuming it’s empty and did enter when we forgot to lock the door. Despite this they were polite and accommodating despite us knowing little french. As we added an extra date after our booking, when we arrived it was supposed to be added but on the last night our cards were deactivated and so we had to go to the front desk who were more than happy to help and added our night. So despite the awkwardness the quick and friendly support from the staff made this a two minute problem. The cleanliness of the room however should be improved. For the price the room was spacious, well lit and functional and compared to some of paris boutique hotels was miles better. But dirt in the corners of rooms, no bin liner in bins, stained mattresses and overall subpar cleaned rooms really hindered the experience. There are no amenities, no extras and some things like lifts were out of order and for the price this is absolutely acceptable, but cleanliness especially for such high turnover of guests, should be a priority. But otherwise lovely experience would stay again if bringing my own cleaning products.

Room was clean, we had soap in the room but I brought my shampoo as I always do. We did not have a kettle in the room but we could get always hot water at the bar. We also asked or two additional pillows and we were given. The room was basic, I think an extra chair would help but all in all it was alright.

Truly budget but clean and well connected

The hotel is way out of Paris but well connected by bus mainly. It lacked a hairdryer (which would have been handy considering the outside temperature) but the rest was ok for the price.
