Plus: - Good breakfast - Good bed Minus: - Room not very clean, especially the bathroom floor was diagustingly sticky - Airconditioning was not working in the room, and as it was very tiny, it got super hot when it was +35C outside - A bit remote location - No fridge in the room

It is a good location for getting around Paris being close to Alesia Metro station. Alesia also has excellent places to eat. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and competent.

Small room but nice hotle

Hotel reception was good and welcoming. Room was very small for 3 people to stay in. Difficult to walk past the 3rd (additional) bed to get to bathroom. Bathroom had no shower gel in the dispenser and hand soap almost empty too.

Family room was very noisy on the first night as it was next to the lift. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another available room but not a family room because they were fully booked. Our toddler had to sleep in a travel cot which was quite small to what she is used to but we had 2 good night sleep (compared to the first sleepless night)! Room very clean but quite small overall. Staff very helpful.

I liked the breakfast program (good food), location, and the cleanliness of the small room. On the negative side, an open window allowed rain in the day before so I had a soaked carpet covered by a baby cot. It was not good.

The hotel was in a good neighbourhood because a lot of supermarket, restaurant and café were close. The metro/subway was only seven minutes away too which made it easy to come and go everywhere we wanted. The room was ok. For an average Canadian/American person it is really small but it is how it is in a small hotel in Europe. The bathroom was very small too but overall OK. There was a lot of damages like the toilet paper holder was broken, you can see the walls and everything was not done properly but since we didnt stay in the room most of the day during our trip it didn't really bother us. The negative thing I have to say is the bathroom smelled like sewer most of the time and since the room is very small, it was smelly all around. We didn't have a mini fridge which was a bummer for our food that needed to be cold. Didn't really interact with the staff except for the Check-In and Check- Out. Overall, if you don't have standard, this is good. If you want a spacious room and plan to be in the room more often or if you have more than 2 people, this is not for you. We will not return to this hotel,
