The hotel was clean, efficient but very basic. I wished for a small fridge and better air conditioner. The staff were great, attentive, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect for us: close to the metro and to the train station, walkable to many of our destinations, lots of options where to eat at neighbourhood restaurants and cafés.

Location close to public transport. Aircon available but not strong. Rooms smaller than they look in the pictures, I wouldn’t recommend twin rooms as the beds are very small. Would likely be fine for a couple. Staff helpful and breakfast was decent.

The hotel was clean, efficient, perfect in terms of location (close to the subway and the train stations), lots of cafés and restaurants around, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable though basic. Better air conditioning would be welcome. One thing I wish the room had was a small fridge. All in all, it worked for us and I would stay there again.

Hotel is fairly close to the Nord station, which we found it very convenient with all the transport and shops and cafe around. Hotel room is compact but clean. Staff is helpful and nice. It would be better if we could leave the luggage

Lovely hotel, within walking distance from Gare Du Nord train station, metro station only 5 mins walk, room was clean (a little small), very helpful staff, great choice of breakfast, was hot when we was there and the aircon wasn’t the best, we would stay here again

We loved this property and will be back. Its convenient to transportation, lots of dining and shopping options surround it. The room was clean and the staff so welcoming and helpful. There are no frills/toiletries and for those coming from the US no face towels or wash clothes but thats to be expected in most of europe. Well worth the price for the convenience of the location.

It turned out to be a very good hotel with great breakfast! Too bad the bar did not have the dessert I wanted (which was on the menu but not available) and did not have normal tea. Otherwise I would recommend it. Metro is nearby and so is Gare du Nord when you know your way around!

Nice, clean hotel.

A nice, clean hotel, quite close to the train station. Aircon, double glaze windows, facility to fill your water bottles in the reception, excellent cleaning, very nice breakfast, airy and spacious. A real find! The only drawback being the side streets to Gare du Nord. Not very safe. And some staff being reluctant to speak English and seeming a bit uninterested in their guests. But other than that - very good!

I enjoyed being there. I was unfortunate that my flight was cancelled. I called them to say that i will be in Paris the next day. However, my partner is already in Paris and wants to check in. They were happy with this and did not take any payments of my partner until i arrived. They made sure my partner was comfortable and felt safe. The room was very small. However, when i arrived, I asked them if we can change to a bigger room. They straight away did as the night before it was fully booked. In general I liked them and will stay there again.

The floor levels are clean and looks new however, the room is pretty small for a family of 3. There is not enough space to walk around the room, it is very tight, unless you are not carrying a suitcase. It is about 1 1/2 feet between the side of the bed and the wall and 2 feet between end of the bed and TV on the wall.The room facing west is warmer and the AC was not strong enough to cool the room. We were able to borrow an electric fan at the reception but certainly not enough to give us a good night sleep.There is one pillow per person. Most of us for sure sleeps with 2, and they could not spare us any. I pick the place because it is near the Gare Du Nord, but on a little dingy area u fortunately. I guess it is what you get for the price.

This hotel is located by the two main train stations which is helpful if you are on the Eurostar or other train. And while I understand no one goes to an Ibis expecting a high level of service this place is bad even by that standard. Hundreds of euro per night for a hotel that smells variously like mold, dirty carpet, vinegar or cigarettes depending on where you stand. The windows open, which you open expecting some form of relief but the street is so loud it quickly becomes a choice between sleeping at all or breathing. The carpets are atrocious. Neither of the drains in the bathroom drained well. There is no kettle in the room or coffee anywhere. They have what can only be described as farcical “kettle station” in the lobby bring your own everything else. You know what absolutely no one wants to do? Go down to the lobby to stand in line to use a kettle to make bad instant coffee. There is no iron, the hair dryer is from 1972, they charge to hold your bags. It’s a hotel that openly and aggressively trolls you for expecting that €200 might allow you the basic amenities you’d expect from a hotel literally anywhere else in the world. Do not stay here.

This room and facilities were all good. The only very small thing is that they use paper cups in the room, so had to get a glass from the bar for my wine - which they were happy to provide.
