Everything you need! Clean room, very very nice staff, just a few minute from 2 different metro lines, good breakfast, decent value. From Orly it was a 15 minute walk from the closest line 14 Metro line.

Very convenient location, metro just 5min away. All was clean, basic but tasty breakfast. The only inconvenience was that bathroom didn’t have any shelves nor enough hooks to put or hang your belongings. Otherwise a really decent stay in nice neighbourhood.

Amazing Breakfast included with room. A true Parisian bounty of wonderful items. Great Coffee/cafe After that you really only need to eat once more that day. Very cost effective. Great area not many tourists. Wonderful staff!!

The hotel is in need of updating and refurbishing. Lobby furniture is extremely stained. Hotel staff was very kind and accomodating. The room was small but typical. Bathroom size was okay. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was average. Very close to the Metro. Despite the negatives we would stay here again.

Nice staff, good location

This is my second time staying at this location. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is near the Metro but not so close to tourist attractions that you can't escape from all the people. This neighborhood has a local feel of Paris with good restaurants and friendly service.

An OK stay for an amazing city

The hotel was ok. The air con didn't work and it got really hot in our room. At least we could open the windows, which allowed a nice breeze, but did let the noise in from the apartments across. The breakfast was nice with a great selection of cheese, fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing! The room was adequate, not roomy.by any means, but it's expected. Would have been nice to have the hand/body wash replenished.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Two negatives, however. A/C was a unit that basically ran the fan only. (Our group had 5 rooms and it was the same in all). Made trying to sleep hot and restless. Also, second bed (and third if split) was an ikea style sofa converted into bed with cushions as the mattress.an adult could never sleep comfortably on one of these. Even my 7 year old complained of this.

déçu cette fois

C'est la seconde fois que nous venions dans cet hotel, notre chambre était très petite avec pour paysage les ventilateurs de la clim à 1 m devant notre fenêtre, une salle de bain beaucoup plus petite, pour un prix qui avait encore bien augmenté par rapport à l'année dernière ( 230€ par nuit). Le petit déjeuné s'est aussi réduit en diversité, on sent que les économies sont l'objectif de l'hotel, c'est très décevant. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.

Atendimento (Cloe - recepcionista) prestativa e muito simpática - 10/10 Café da manhã de qualidade, tipicamente francês. Quarto com camas confortáveis e espaço adequado para o tipo de viagem (3 dias, bagagem de mão); Box bastante estreito e poderia ser um problema para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Bairro tranquilo e residencial! Recomendo e ficaria novamente.
