This hotel was one of our best experiences during our two weeks' vacation. Our room was fabulous, and the grounds were beautiful. This hotel was in walking distance to some of the famous sights and shopping avenues. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The restaurant was very popular, and the food was very good but was understaff and the wait time to be served was long. I would still recommend this hotel but be prepared to wait for your meal.

The staff were extra friendly and helpful. The food and presentation was excellent. The concierge arranged wonderful excursions and the rooms were beautifully appointed. I would definitely start there again.

First of all we had to go through metal detectors everytime we entered and it felt like a airport having to take off everything off. Second everything was broken from the room furniture all scratched up and cabinet doors not holding up to the railing on the elevated broken or missing with holes covered with tape. I complained to the front desk all I got was a okay we’ll take that into consideration when we have an event next time. What a joke the worst $2000 wasted for 3 nights!!!
