Great location

What a great location!! We walked to most of our planned activities. The only complaint I had and it was minor is that housekeeping wouldn’t pick up dirty dishes around the room and after making up the sofa bed would not return it to a sofa (left it down as a bed) which limited movement. Highly recommend this apartment while in Paris.

ロケーションは抜群ですが、部屋のタイプが説明不足で分かりにくかった。

こちらのミスなのかもしれませんが、写真だけのイメージで判断し色々なタイプの部屋があるということが記載上分かりにくかったと思います。三階建てのアパートメントタイプだったので、せっかくのキッチンもほとんど使うことなく、家族での会話もしにくく、階段だらけでしかも暗くて使いにくい部屋でした。部屋タイプの選択ミスでとてもショックでした。

Posizione perfetta, ottima per girare a piedi il bel quartiere latino, pieno di negozietti e locali ed arrivare a Louvre, ille de la cite, museo d'orsay, giardini Luxembourg. A due passi da metro e stazione taxi. A prima vista, da ingresso e reception pare un ostello, ma la camera (appartamento) é tutt'altro. Leggermente vissuta, ma pulita e ben arredata. Con una bella vista dalle finestre tipiche. I letti ampi e comodi. La cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, compresa Nutella! Personale gentile e disponibile. A disposizione anche cartina e consigli utili. Se volete il terrazzino chiedete la camera 6 o 7.

Clorox, mold and leaks

First impression was the believable wafting of Clorox odor in the elevator. Clorox coming from our room, which, I was told by the snarky manager, to clean the apartment prior to our arrival. Clorox smell so bad, it remained for 24 hours. There was moisture emanating from some of the vertical walls in the living room. The sofa felt like a relic of the 1940s and was simply disgusting. The safe was not a safe at all, as it could be opened with a key by anyone with a key. I asked the manager to move us as I indicated the photos on site were not representative of condition of room. He gave me a typical "nothing he can do" response and that the Clorox smell was for our benefit as we were checking in 3 hours early. We were to stay 4 nights. After the third night, while my wife and I were out on the town, the hotel staff started to remove wall panels. Apparently, there was a water leak, which most likely had been present from the time we checked in. Hence the Clorox to abate any mold. Finally moved to another room, which was nicer. In short, our experience was terrible and I will be asking hotels.com for a refund.

We stay in La Petite Maison. The patio could be used by all the guests, but we had it to ourselves the entire stay. There isn't a lot of natural light in that space, but it was very quiet. The wifi wasn't working well for a bit, but staff helped to resolve the issue. The location is amazing. Grocery store around the corner and lots of shops, cafes close by.

Outstanding in all aspects. We loved the location for access to metro, restaurants, cafes, close to all the landmarks, hotel room (apratment), kitchen, and etc. This will be our go to place for our next Paris trip.
