We had a lovely stay at Le Fabe. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and very friendly which was nice for our two week stay. Everything was clean, the coffee was good, and the location was perfect for our family. Very close to the Metro and surrounded by eclectic restaurants and great boulangeries and cafes. I would make this my home base again!

Nice place

Nice hotel, walking distance to several metro stops and if you really like walking it's only 45min to the Eiffel Tower snd the Tomb of Napoleon. Nice breakfast though we didn't partake, coffee was included in the room but we didn't know that until the last day.

Definitely a cozy (small) room! very clean hotel with wonderful staff that was always accessible and friendly. A true neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining options that were affordable. Very easy to take metro or Uber Uber to city center.

Adrian at the Reception Desk was THE BEST! He helped us with metro cards, he gave us the best advice for our Seine cruise, and he had the sauna reserved & heated for me as scheduled when we got back that night - just an overall delight!

Fantastic Stay

The stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was beautiful in the morning. The district that you are in has lots of bistros and cafes and most importantly you are close to 2 metro lines which makes access to other parts of the city and very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was not appealing. The area has many bakeries and cafes, however. The hotel allowed us to keep bags there for free when we arrived early and when we returned, they were already in our room, which was a nice touch. The shower wasn’t very warm and the room was rather cramped.

Adrian at reception desk is Fantastic. Well versed and very cordial, he would be an asset to any hotel. The rest of the reception desk crew is quite nice and helpful . There are areas of the hotel that need attention, the trim and paint need looking at. The breakfast for 12 Euros is lacking, we have stayed at other hotels in Paris that have full breakfasts from the same price. The air-conditioning died while we were there, sleep at night was difficult due to having the window open, the street noise was disturbing.

Lovely boutique hotel. Clean & spacious room. Friendly warm welcome. Loved the lack of plastic, this hotel is certainly striving to use a greener approach. Facilities were good. A proper bathroom with a door - unlike some modern hotels! Nice smelling products. Coffee machine in room. Everything we needed for a one night stopover. Short walk to Montparnasse station.

Comfortable and walking distance to S Paris Arena

We stayed here due to the walkability to South Paris Arena for the Olympics (35 min). As expected, we paid premium pricing for an average room. The front desk staff were Excellent- very kind, personable and responsive. When I complained that the air conditioning and soap dispenser weren't working properly it was fixed right away. The room is very small. Barely fit our 2 carry on luggage. Rooms feel a bit dated but was clean. Breakfast is okay and the 24 hr coffee from the machine is great. Loved that it was located very close to laundry facilities around the corner for our 20 day adventure in Europe.

Great small hotel with exceptional Staff.

Clean and tidy. A reasonable size and perfectly capable for 2 adults. Paris hotel rooms are pretty small in general, but this one was absolutely fine. Hanging space and shelves, in room safe and TV, with a large bathroom. External door locked overnight requiring room key for access, plus overnight desk has somebody on hand should you need them. Walkability The metro (tube/subway) is easy walking distance and then you can get anywhere. the gare du Montpernass mainline station is about 15 minute walk the Paris Catacombes is about 20 minutes walk. Snacks and hot drinks are available breakfast is typical continental food, cereals, toast, pastries, fruit etc. And all included

Tout d’abord, question surclassement c’est à revoir. La chambre proposée sentait la différence peinture. Elle était froide et rien ne marchait : coffre et tel. On nous a transféré dans une chambre en étage. Un peu mieux mais un glaçon. Heureusement le personnel est accueillant et aimable.

Ayant été surclassé à l’arrivée dans une chambre froide et sentant la peinture. Rien ne marchait : télé et coffre. Nous avons donc pu changer de chambre. Un peu mieux mais il y faisait froid. Personnels sont accueillants et toujours présents.

Médiocre

Il est scandaleux de proposer cette chambre au même tarif que les autres. La chambre n5 se situe en rez de chaussée et la porte donne à 2m de la réception ( aucune intimité, bruit des autres clients la nuit comme le matin, bruit des poubelles juste devant la fenêtre ). Énormes moisissures dans la douche (pas que sur les joints) visiblement par nettoyée comme il faudrait. Plus d’eau chaude à 8h30 !!!
