Unfortunately we had to deal with the Covid -19 , we paid 6 nights to stay but at our 2nd night we were told to transfer to another hotel . Then next day we move to the new hotel and at the check in we were told last minute that we need to get out of the hotel next day at 11 am because the hotels needs to be closed due to the Coronavirus. We understand the global situation with the pandemic but we found very rude, unconsidered, irresponsible with the tourist . We didn’t no where to go . We have to buy new place tickets to go back home to USA . That was a very bad experience and on top of that we haven’t received any refund or any email of apologies. Don’t recommend to used 3er party for hotel reservation. That don’t refund in case of any emergency. I got tired of called Expedia for help and no respond . don’t risk your vacation . Do reservation directly with the Hotel.
