We extended our stay and i would say from the first room and the second room there pros and cons in both the bed was hard as a rock in the second room cleaning service was spectacular very attentive close to the tram and train station very quiet area would recommend staying here

We had an issue with our room, but the staff was quick to fix it with no fuss at all! It was greatly appreciated. Our new room was exactly what we were needing
Basic hotel , good location for Bercy
Easy access to metro.
We were arriving late as flight delayed , tried calling property several times ,it rang them cut off .
Messages property questions a few days before arrival , no answer , so this could be improved
The breakfast is a good thing even if additional. I wished there were more closer places to eat. It was close to transportion. I never felt unsafe. I wished the aircon on the bedrooms were better. Room and bathroom were great. I did have some issues with the hot water as the shower would go cold at times.

staff were very polite, breakfast was delightful. daily room service made sure we were never out of stock of anything
The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good selection of items. I only wish they had potable AC units but I heard AC are not common in Paris which seems odd as hot as it gets. Very uncomfortable to sleep if you are used to cold but overall I would come back in a cooler time of the year.

There was only ever one person on the desk who worked really hard but really there needed to be two. We had three rooms, all were clean. It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.

They forget to clean the room, the badge for entrance in the room donāt work properely. The breakfast was good end the room was a normal room.
Really nice vibe when we arrived and very helpful and friendly staff on reception and at breakfast. Loved the family room set up. Felt more like a mini apartment with the sofa bed up and other furnishing. Our kids loved it! Only downside was it was really hot even with the mini aircon unit so had to keep window open, which made it quite noisy. Didn't spoil our experience though.
Dirty rooms, not conveniently located, bad neighbourhoods. However, nice staffs and good customer services. They offer new room as soon as we complaint about smell and dirtiness on second day.
The property itself was clean and quiet. We got a family suite (a room with two beds (4 singles) and a small sofa. There were pieces missing on the wall corners and stains on the carpet and bedding. The closest subway is 800 meters away and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere near an attraction. I would t walk there after dark. However on the opposite direction is a cute community. The listing didnāt mention if there was AC. There was not. My bad for assumin. was blazing hot. Canāt open the window for the busy road.
The hotel has a solid structure and overall the experience was positive. Breakfast was one of the highlights ā well-served, with tasty options including good cappuccino and hot dishes. However, a few aspects need improvement to elevate the guest experience.
On more than one occasion, I noticed that some of the breakfast dishes ā especially the mugs used for coffee and cappuccino ā were dirty. This detail can easily go unnoticed by staff but significantly impacts the guestās perception and should be addressed more carefully.
Another point worth mentioning is the front desk service. One particular receptionist seemed unprepared to deal with international guests. I arrived around 9 a.m., knowing that check-in was at 3 p.m. After talking to him and mentioning that I would leave my luggage in storage before heading out, I spent a few moments in the lobby doing some research before leaving. Roughly half an hour later, the same receptionist approached me again ā not rudely, but in a way that made me feel like I was being urged to store the bags and leave the lobby. It came across as a lack of hospitality, especially for a hotel that hosts tourists from different countries and cultures.
In summary, the hotel has good potential and facilities, but attention to details ā both in cleanliness and guest service ā would make the stay much more pleasant. I hope this feedback contributes to positive improvements.
