Great location, lovely staff but small rooms

Went to Paris with my husband and one year old, the location of the hotel is great and the staff were lovely. The only downside was the size of the room, it was very small.

Extremely small rooms, elevator broke down, bartender did not know how to make drinks, attitude was bad on female night clerk, Room phone did not work, location was far from tourist locations, which made it difficult due to Paris traffic. I wouldn’t advise people to stay closer to the Eiffel Tower. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

hotel non da 4 stelle. l'unico aspetto da 4 stelle il prezzo, tutto il resto possiamo classificarlo in un 2 stelle. Camera "Superior" molto molto piccola. Non c'erano gli accappatoi, inoltre asciugamani piccoli, sia da viso che da doccia. Non c'erano la cuffia doccia, nè shampo, nè balsamo, nulla. solo il sapone con dispenser. Hanno rifatto la camera alle 17 dopo nostra richiesta. Personale e servizi assolutamente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. L'unico voto che arriva alla sufficienza è la colazione, ma nel complesso assolutamente NO
