My flat is ideally located in the heart of Paris, in the famous Marais district, and 5 minutes walk from the Georges Pompidou centre (Beaubourg).

Rue de Montmorency, in the heart of Paris, this 32 m2 flat, tastefully decorated, will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life. Warm, bright and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with your family, your partner or your friends.

This sublime and very well arranged flat is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 sofa bed in the living room
- 1 dining table
- 1 sitting area with television
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven...
- 1 shower room and 1 toilet.

It is a very lively district thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to many restaurants, very trendy bars of the capital and also many trendy shops.
This district is rich in museums, there is the Picasso Museum at 7 minutes on foot, at 1km from Notre Dame de Paris, at 1,5 km from the Louvre Museum.

You are also 9 minutes walk from the famous department stores' BHV.
You will find a large Monoprix supermarket (5 rue des Haudriettes) 1 minute away.

- Hank Burger ( 55 Rue des Archives) Burger specialities
- Strada café (94 Rue du Temple) For a brunch

My flat is very well served by public transport, which can take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur or the Arc de Triomphe with great ease.
I advise you to go for a walk to the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small shops typical of Paris.
We will be physically there to hand over the keys to your flat at whatever time you arrive and show you how it works.

Nice small 1 bedroom apartment with living room and couch the folds out to bed. Washer/Dryer was available but there was only dishwasher detergent available rather than laundry detergent. Also you need 2-4 more comfortable pillows. The ones in the pillow shams were too large to sleep on. Otherwise nice apartment down side alley in pretty good location.

Fantastic spot, close to the gallery continua which has some really great modern art (and I am a very hard critic of modern art)Your host is very helpful and allowed us to check in early which was a great benefit.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants and a few local museums and parks nearby. Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked fine, shower was luxurious. We were happy to have a refrigerator for our leftovers and the extra room to spread out. A few conveniences could be added such as a stable coffee table, place to hang towels and something in shower to put toiletries on. Minor issues, it was a great stay and we will yry to book it next tome we visit Paris. Thank you!
