Service was very good, and there s a hub where you can get snacks and fruit , water ( still and sparkling) ..all for FREE. Good price quality.

It was great! Very near the RER E line which made it really easy getting around Paris. The staff were really friendly and helped us with directions and telling us the best travel apps to get around Paris and we loved the free snacks and tea in the bar area. The room was lovely, really clean and well presented and the pillows and duvet were soft and amazing. The hotel is by the train tracks so you can hear a little noise but it’s not very loud. Bed was really comfy and spacious.

Passing through Paris

Nice location outside the tourist area but easy to get to the tourist area. Friendly helpful staff, easy checkin and checkout. Nice lounge area with beverages and snacks.

Nice Modern Eco Hotel

What a great hotel with a nice modern vibe. Room was spacious and comfortable and super close to the train. The restaurant/lounge was nice for both breakfast and being able to have meetings and calls. Super friendly staff and very reasonably priced compared to alternatives (at the time).

The property it self was easy for transport links and it was straight forwards. The hotel was clean to the eyes and it looked nice. However, whenever we were in the room we suffered extreme allergies therefore not making the stay comfortable. We also noticed there was an extremely weird, damp smell. If you’re looking for a hotel with good transport this could be it but be prepared to hear the trains at all hours. It was also not that safe around the area and had multiple people looking in when we were waiting downstairs in the lobby that wouldn’t leave. Overall it was a convenient stay and I applaud them for their use of sustainable options and the breakfast was always lovely and simple and the staff there were nice. The Italian restaurant was nice also. The surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t really recommend due to safety and options not being the best.

It was a clean and new hotel, the check in was disorganized that the guests behind us got confrontational with us and it did not give us a good start of our stay after a 9 hours flight. Staff apologized to the person behind but not us. Would recommand if we could at least check in / pay for deposit before 2pm (without getting our room keys) to make check in for efficient and not deal with impatient people in line

Everything was great, the 24 hour lounge and the accomodations in the room. They replaced the towels and toiletpaper on time. Only our last day the electricity would be out until 4pm that was eventually until 8:30pm

The only negative thing is the receptionist trying to double charge us the city tax 4 times and one breakfast that we didn't take. Maybe it was a decent mistake, just be careful. Other than that, it is a very nice hotel in Paris. Brand new, convenient with good prices. The area is quiet and the metro noise is bearly noticeable. Room size is very good compared to what you might get in other hotels in Europe. Overall, it was a great!

We had an issue with a horrid stench in our room …it was unbearable. The staff tried to help…but no other rooms were available. They also are aware of the problem with rm 117 especially. It’s also right on the street so with windows open or not it was noisy . No AC …still waiting on compensation from Expedia / hotel management.

Most of the staff was rude and barely spoke if you came to the front desk. Barely any shower products (not what you expect from a 4star hotel). Room was pretty and spaceous and new, only downside is that there are barely any lamps and the painting in our room had fallen off the wall and they tried to hide the holes in the wall by placing it kinda strangely on top of the bed. Let's just say that for the fairly high price, the fact that it's a 4-star hotel with a medium to not so great location it wasn't worth it. The location was fine when you're with a man. Plus sides: big rooms, new, nice aesthetic, lounge area with free tea & coffee (and a few snacks but in such small containers, again not 4 star vibes).
