The staff was amazing. We arrived right before PSG won the Champions League, and the roads were closed. They met us 3 blocks away and carried our luggage to the hotel. That was just the beginning, we had a wonderful stay. Location is perfect and everything was lovely.

The location was great. Close to public transportation and some attractions. Right out the door there were stores and restaurants. The staff was so kind and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. The junior suite was large and comfortable. The only negative was the location of the room. There were no outside windows. It had an indoor courtyard view of the beautiful lobby. Also the room was pretty dark and the lighting wasn’t enough to brighten things up. The curtains are room darkening so we had trouble with natural light waking us up because there wasn’t any. But It is really a beautiful hotel and perfect location!

Girls trip three generations all in one room!

Overall, this is a fantastic choice for any visitor to Paris, who would like to see the middle of the city in all its glory. We were walking distance from nearly all of the major landmarks and have an amazing staff of Marriott personnel at our disposal when we needed assistance. The room we were in was spacious and had adequate storage for all of us to comfortably stay for 10 days.

The rooms were extremely clean unfortunately I was woken up too loud construction drilling, and on my last day I asked for a wake up, call the evening before, and they never called me so too many mistakes and they tried to compensate me, which is fine, but overall, the state was not enjoyable because I had no peace for the amount of money I spent. Also disappointed in Hotels.com because their rate was $500 more than if I booked it on the hotel site and they would not reimburse the difference when I showed them.
