Its ok if you want cheap and if travelling solo.

It is decent if you want a cheap weekend, bed and kitchen are good. Bathroom is small and the pictures made it look bigger than what you get. But it not a deal breaker. I would recommend if solo. There was a hiccup with my stay but the staff on checkout that day was very lovely and was able to help.

A great place to stay if you want the convenience of access into Paris. It was on a quiet side street within an easy walk from Gare du Nord and the metro. The accommodation was basic but enough as we were out most of the time exploring. With a small hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge it is also a great place if you are on a budget and want to eat in

The property was at a convenient location to walkable shops, groceries, cafes, and restaurants. It is also right down the street from both train stations Du Gard and L'Este. Staff at the front desk were awesome! Very friendly, very helpful, and accommodating. They spoke English and helped feel welcomed and at home. We had a great experience.

The staff was helpful and supportive whenever we had issues or questions. There was a malfunction with our shower, that they were able to rectify and put us in a different room the next day.

Our first time in Paris and I booked this based on such positive reviews and it worked in our favour! We arrived in Paris via EuroStar so this was only a 15 min taxi (in traffic) ride. A quieter area, but very close to grocery stores and little restaurants! The kitchenette was a game changer. We purchased meals including heat at home, eggs etc and it was fully stocked with utensils such as cutlery, knives, plates and bowls etc We did lay for room service for one day on our week long stay but they were quit prompt. I found the staff friendly, greeting us each and every morning and evening! The room itself was spacious and clean, the bathroom was small but it did the job! We stayed in Jan during Winter and it was well heated. I would stay here again!

The bathroom was unclean and had a damaged bath tub, the shower head was unable to stand up! There was building work next door and the plug sockets were plug type c which would have been better communicated as we had to ask for a replacement. However the staff were very helpful

Lovely Stay.

Xavier at the Front Desk greeted us warmly. All the Staff was accommodating and informative. There is construction happening in the Neighborhood, but we weren’t bothered by it. Close to the Train Station (Gard d’Nord), easy to get to CDG. Also close to Metro Stops. Would recommend.
