Rue Botzaris, in residential area, 2 mm from metro Buttes Chaumont or bus 26 and 7 mn from metro Pyrenees! Studio 13 sqm furnished in luxurious building and secured by 2 doors with code and concierge, just opposite the park.

Everything is close by, lots of shops and a large park on the opposite sidewalk .
With nearly 25 hectares, the park is one of the largest green spaces in Paris. Inaugurated on April 1, 18671 during the last years of the reign of Napoleon III, it is an achievement of the engineer Adolphe Alphand. This English-style garden imitates a mountain landscape: rocks, cliffs, torrents, waterfalls, grotto, mountain pastures, belvederes.

The studio is 2 minutes from the Buttes Chaumont metro on line 7bis or bus line 26 and 7 minutes walk from the Pyrénées metro line 11. Taxi station, Velib' and autolib just opposite and 30mn by public transport to Stade de France.
Botzaris Street is a public road located in the 19th district of Paris.
