"Cleanliness of room was a concern"

"Very convenient from Train Station. Transportation is conveniently available from the hotel. Only complaint is that the balding old man who’s working at the front desk at night (Apr 27-28 2026) was rude and was a complete snob. The rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating – kudos to them! "

"Found A/C didn't keep room cool. Rooms were clean. 1st night, we didn't get coffee for next morning. No drinking water also 1st night. Just the 1st night. Rest of the stay,we had no issues."

"Room is a bit small, but modern, and clean. No safety deposit box. Reception is friendly. Very close to the train station and many restaurants around. Next to grocery store."

"The bathroom was almost dangerous. I had to step over to get in and it was approximately 38 inches high with no grab rail. I am only 60 inches tall so that was quite a step. Also there was nothing in the bottom of the tub to keep someone from falling. It is a big liability to the hotel. Also the linens were well used and the pillows smelled like human sweat."

"Very small room, top floor does not have elevator access. If someone next door is speaking on phone or having a conversation you will hear it at all times of day. "
