The staffs were very polite and extremely helpful! The room was also very clean and spacious compared to Paris standards. The streets were a bit too noisy for us and our air conditioner could not turn on during our stay.

Very near the Train station. We came late at midnight the check-in went very smoothly. Was very hot in Paris but the room had an air-conditioning. Reception people were very nice and friendly. If you are looking for a budget hotel book this one. Easy to go around in the nice Paris as the Metro was only 2 minutes walking.

Food: If you walk to train station area there are lots of options to eat. The immediate area around the hotel is limited. Transportation: is to get a taxi from train stn however the taxi divers are scam artists. You can pay 20 to 85 euro. Be aware. Dont buy that its busy. Its always busy on the roads its Paris. The hotel itself is about a 2 star. It might be rated at a 3 or 3.5 out of 5 by north American standards but its a 2. The cost not worth it. Look around. Canada 🇨🇦

It was very reachable from the train station. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with lots of respect and care. The gentleman (forgot his name) helped me a lot with all my questions. I recommend this hotel. Will come back again.

We booked a room with three single beds and got a room with two single beds and a pull-out sofa that was simply not usable. After complaining, the staff got us a room with three single beds right away. Big minus with three people sleeping in one small room: the bathroom only has a sliding door which can't be fully closed. The rooms were small but quiet and clean. Bathroom was new. Location was good, when travelling by train.

Paris trip.

Hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is split in two. We were the part just up the road from the main part of the hotel. The is busy and can be a bit noisy but we didn't hear anything from our room. It is well situated for Gare Du Nord station. Not sure about the main part but the part we were in does not have a lift so you might have to be a bit energetic if you're on the fourth floor.

It was awkward to get to with luggage - used a taxi. But it was near a metro stop, bus stop for easy transport to sightseeing. Had little stores for food and snacks nearby and the breakfast was very good. Room was very clean, beds were fine and staff friendly. Didn't know they had two buildings and they had some construction going on.

Good stay

Basic room. Small, but good for the price. Close to Eurostar train station. Very convenient. La Chapple metro station next door. Bathroom door was not sliding so well. Liquid soap had some not pleasant smell. Clean sheets. Towels replaced everyday. That’s nice. Breakfast was good. Asian and Indian restaurants nearby.

Sure Hotel by Best Western Gare du Nord

Very clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel well located, being a bus and/or train ride away from Paris' main attractions e.g. Eiffel tower is about 30 minute train ride away Plenty of restaurants nearby. Suggestions for improvement - real glasses & cups (instead of paper cups) - lift only goes to 5th floor. Some people with heavy luggage will find it difficult to carry it up between 5th and 6th floor.

Wonderful staff. Very neat and tidy rooms. Beds were always made and towels were replaced whenever we came back. Breakfast was lovely. The staff was really considerate and helpful. My parents accidentally cause the power to go out in our room but it was handled quickly and without problems. Only issue was the noise that the heater made and the washroom didn’t have a lock as it was just a sliding door. The area is alright though it’s really close to the metro and Gare du nord. It can appear to be a bit sketchy later during the day but we were safe. Overall, good stay.
