No brainer choice for travellers taking an early flight from CDG. Conveniently located. Free shuttle train. Amazing breakfast options, and excellent sleep (sound-proof windows, so you won't be disturbed by airplane noises).

Les Jardins du Marais
Nice room, BUT we had a mouse. Maintenace did nothing about it, didn't even set a trap that night nor communicate with us despite our complaint. We had to sleep with the lights on. The next day management moved us to an upgraded room but the damage was done.
