Όλη η βίλα στους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς της χώρους, σε προδιαθέτει για μία άνετη και χαλαρή διαμονή, ιδανική για να ξεκουραστεί και το μυαλό και το σώμα! Οι παροχές μας και η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη βίλα καθώς και οι έξτρα υπηρεσίες που μπορεί να ζητήσετε σας εξασφαλίζουν ανέμελες διακοπές αλλά και την αίσθηση του σπιτιού ενώ βρίσκεστε μακριά από το δικό σας. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα, όχι μεγάλη, στην μπροστινή βεράντα με το εξωτερικό σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία σας προσφέρουν την απόλαυση της ανεμπόδιστης επαφής με τη φύση, τον ήλιο και το γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Και οι άνετοι εσωτερικοί χώροι όμως με τα παλ χρώματα και την αισθητική τους αποπνέουν ηρεμία και γαλήνη.
Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη, στο λόφο πάνω από την πόλη της Παροικιάς όπου βρίσκεται και το λιμάνι του νησιού. Η απόσταση από την Παροικιά στην πραγματικότητα είναι πολύ μικρή, όμως, επειδή ο δρόμος προς το λόφο και τη βίλα κάνει τον κύκλο με κάποιες στροφές και δεν υπάρχουν δημόσια μέσα συγκοινωνίας, είναι απαραίτητο ιδιωτικό μέσο μεταφοράς ώστε να μπορείτε να κινείστε ανεξάρτητα οποιαδήποτε ώρα ανάλογα με τη διάθεσή σας!
