"We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect, super central for where we needed to be. It’s right across from a museum, with so many delicious restaurants just steps away. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and spacious. And it was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. They also provided complimentary water every day and even gave us a plug adapter when I realized I forgot mine, seriously a lifesaver lol. Another huge plus was finding a room with a king bed, which surprisingly wasn’t easy during our trip. Overall, such a comfortable and convenient stay. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The Building is an older building, classically beautiful but rooms have shared bathrooms down the corridor with poor lighting. You cannot tell if one of the bathrooms is occupied until you try the door, if you push too hard you can walk in on someone or they walk in on you. The reception Team are absolutely lovely and as I said it is a classically beautiful building, it does need a lot of tender loving care (TLC) It is very centrally located, so great for getting around Madrid This accommodation suits students but sorry to say not for me on my next Madrid trip. Thank you to all the Team on Reception and Cleaning Team you do an awesome job with what you have"

"I am not one to write reviews but after my experience I wanted to leave feedback in hopes that the property improves. The staff was rude on check-in and not at all attentive to our needs. The biggest thing was the air conditioner: we arrived in the middle of a heat wave and informed the staff that the ac was not working. A member of their staff informed me on the first night that they would set the temp (requested 20C) which did not happened and me and my partner were not able to sleep. The following morning, a different staff member informed me that “it was not possible and that all hotels in Madrid had to be set to 24C”…this was of course not true because on that evening I got a call from yet another staff member in the front desk informing me to move rooms with a working unit since ours was clearly broken. Now, I do appreciate their attempt to remedy the situation but for that much money I do not appreciate the dishonestly they used on two separate occasions. I’ll reiterate that I do not aim to deter people from booking this hotel but instead to let the staff know that we were deeply disappointed in our experience."

"The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The property was very clean. And the location was central to everything. I would recommend this hotel. My only complaint was with the bathroom. Although the bathroom and the shower were both spacious, the shower door did not close properly which caused leaking into the bathroom floor. The shower floor was quite slippery. We asked if they could provide a shower mat but never received one. Finally, the bath towels were thick and new, which sounds like a plus however, they left tons of lint all over our bodies. We had to ask for old, lint-free towels, which we received. These were all minor things and generally I would recommend Hotel Regina."

"the room was tiny!!! it was a corner room with a ridiculous angular setup so it was crazy difficult to get into bed at night You had to navigate a TINY walkway and avoid the hangers in your face to get to bed lol The shower and bathroom were okay but the shower sheds a lot of water onto the floor You need to request alot of bathmats"

"There’s only three bathrooms for like up to 20 people. Also only 5 showers, 2 private ones and three communal ones. It was clean enough even though sometimes it wasn’t but that’s more because of the other guests than the people cleaning. Inside the capsule the charge didn’t work for our phones and neither did two of the four lights. Also the capsule was insanely hot inside even though there was a climatisation but it was barely working. I think this is more fit for solo travellers because the lockers were also very small and could only fit one backpack."
