"Amazing for kids starting from 2 year old to a 14 year old They had amazing Lego building areas, play areas for little ones and all made from Lego’s The room also had bunk beds which made life super easy for the parents and kids alike Plus the access to the park was very easy with stay stay in the hotel The only negative was the way too expensive eatables and beverages in the property"

"Excellent Stay — My Fourth Visit This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciate the consistent quality and hospitality every time I visit. It feels like a home away from home, and that’s why I keep coming back. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!"

"Room was clean, location was fabulous close walking distance to mall with groceries and food places, close to ciq bridge to JB central station. Kitchen was good when you have kids but we were unable to use hob, the provide you an electric hot plate to cook on. Also only give one key card, and we had to plan how we went out and time it together with my partner. Communication via WhatsApp with host was excellent very friendly and helpful. We would probably come and stay again."

"Great resort hotel that works well for families. Breakfast buffet is excellent - you could stay a week and have an entirely different delicious meal every morning. The two restaurants are great as well, makes lunch and dinner easy without going anywhere. Staff are always super helpful and friendly - I cannot state this enough. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. It's also nice to walk into a fresh room with music playing - a cheerful welcome. Our family especially enjoys the pool, splash park and giant chess. I like the band in the evening."

"Overall stay was good. Just minor issues like having only 2 towels when 3 checked in, so I had to share towel with my son even after asking. Common toilet has no trash bin. Main toilet tissue box was empty. Overall still ok la."
