"We had a premium sea view, worth every penny. Staff were brilliant got our room ready early as we were going to a wedding in hotel at 1pm. Room was lush best ever, the view stunning. Everything was perfect. Sachets of hot chocolate kettle, and coffee machine. Iron and ironing board in cupboard. Food stunni g loved our stay.x"

"Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. It was very good. The bread was very disappointing, basic sliced white or brown only. Staff very helpful and well trained in bar and restaurant. Evening meal very tasty. Superior room with sea view was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the window watching the waves on a very windy day. Bed very comfy, bathroom excellent, shower and bath and spacious. "

"A large property, well set up and brilliantly located near Poppit Sands. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen well equipped. There's a secure rear garden which is also a sheltered sun trap. Hosts friendly. Lots of places to eat. Short walk to the Teifi Waterside Hotel or short drive into St D's. But best of all, a short walk along a track between the rise and sand dunes to a 1/2 mile wide beach "

"Lots of good things about this place. Spacious well equipped good location. Things that was not as good as I would like. Dust in places the rear door was dirty, the patio needed a clean. The wood furniture needed a clean and a stain. The conservatory roof and gutters where green with algae and some brambles. They did not make a lot of difference but took it from superb to good. Was a quiet area. Re driveway it is steep but there is flat parking across the road. Could have steps to go up, if you weren't as steady on your feet."
