"A wonderful high quality service at Highbury Garden Suite B &B. The owner was a fabulous hostess, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb, a beautiful plate of fresh fruit followed by a full welsh breakfast with fruit juice toast and fresh coffee. A huge plus for us too is it's properly dog friendly; a safe, private courtyard garden area and the owner's pup was absolutely adorable! We will definitely come here again ."

"We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. "Properly was nice and central to the town. Activities in walking and driving distance. Only downside is they dont want dogs upstairs but do not provide a gate on the stairs. Having to make a makeshift block not easy."

The location is ideal for walking the Pembrokeshire coast path, as the bus stops directly outside and the room was really comfortable after a long day walking. Newport is a lovely spot, and there is an idyllic beach just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. "
