"The home was neat and tidy. Everything that was needed was supplied. The host always responded in a timely manner. Nice that the driveway was a pull through for hauling a trailer. The neighbors were quiet, but friendly if you were out when they happened to be out. You are about 11 miles from the closest gas/diesel station which also has fairly decent grocery store/ convenience store. Everyone is very friendly. Another plus is one of the best scenic state parks is within 20 minutes, Bond Falls State Park is definitely worth a stop!! We went several times to enjoy the waterfall area. Warning that mosquitos and the black flies can be annoying especially in the evening, but a little bug spray can keep the mosquitoes at bay, can't say it helps with the biting flies. Also, Paulding General Store is worth the stop if supplies are needed or just in the mood for ice cream."

"If we could give this lake house more than five stars, We absolutely would! We spent the Fourth of July here, and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we've had.The house is unique, exceptionally clean, and well situated on the lake. The peaceful surroundings, gorgeous views, and privacy made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time with our family . Every detail of the home showed the care and thoughtfulness of the owners.What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the owners themselves. They were gracious, caring, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. Their kindness and hospitality were evident from the moment we arrived until the day we left.It was especially meaningful to meet owners who openly love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ. Their faith shines through in the way they treat others, with generosity, integrity, and genuine love. It was a blessing to support people whose values are reflected in the way they welcome their guests.We left feeling refreshed, grateful. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful lakefront retreat with wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests, this is the place. We felt so comfortable in their home. We highly recommend it"

"Nice quiet room in a fourplex type setup. Room is small, but clean. Door jammed and was a pain to open. Nice lake views and easy access to room was a plus. Bed was too soft made my back stiff for a few days. Free HBO and YT TV were a plus. Overall a decent place to stay for the money."
