"Lovely break away overnight for me and sisters birthday had lovely time all staff very welcome and friendly. Evening meal was excellent and breakfast was good choice to choose from. Room was excellent bed very comfy and looked out onto trees which was lovely seeing birds and squirrels couldn’t have asked for a better night away. Having mobility issues i found no problems with getting around hotel with walking aid . Thank you for a lovely stay . "

"Was very pleased to discover this hotel. Beautiful building, room was as good as the other hotel group we normally use. Small points to mention, towels are small, and we had no soap in the bathroom, toilet seat was dirty, had to wash it before I could use it. "Perfect location to visit Hull Uni. Parking available. Room was Ok but one ceiling light was not working. The bathroom was clean but needed some t.l.c. Bedroom was a good size and clean. good facilities. bed mattress was too soft for my wife and I but comfortable. Outside lights to the back of the property were still on around 1..30 pm which disturbed our sleep pattern a bit.
