"We used this as we were attending a wedding nearby. The hotel is easy to find and there is parking only down side you have to pay to park but it’s not the hotel who make the charge. The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean. There was a lovely walk in shower with toiletries provided. My only criticism was the bed was a little high to get into."

"Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of issues with my room, but they were sorted straight away. This is a very basic 'dry' hotel originally built for offshore rig workers so set your expectations accordingly. That said it's about a third of the price of the posh one next door which does have a bar. The airport check-in desks are about 600m away, ish, so a very easy walk. The bed was comfortable and roomy for one, but two might be 'cosy'. Also, surprisingly quiet....

"The hotel was entirely as described. I stayed for 2 weeks due to hospital stay and it was a comfortable safe place to stay. We had use of the kitchen area and the gardens were pretty even for the winter, I imagine they would be even better in better weather. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Brilliant stay at the Alpaca Lodge! Julie was very welcoming and we arrived early but this wasnt an issue as we were able to get the keys straight away. The alpacas Lodge was cosy and had everything we needed. We loved the bingo at the Alpacas Arms and feeding the Alpacas. We will definitely be back."

Healing Manor is a character building which has all that you need with a restaurant, bar area and nice garden area...i do question the '36 Acre' manicured gardens statement as this is limited to outside the restaurant area unless clambering around the overgrown areas by the pond area is part of this. Generally a very good stay, unfortunately there was a wedding booked in with the only room available was behind the reception/function with some sound ingress of music, this was tolerable given the lateness of booking on the day."
