Quiet house, located in the heights of Monte Pego, offering breathtaking views, breathtaking sunset, magnificent sunrise. Not overlooked. Can accommodate 6 people plus a baby with complete baby equipment: high chair, bed, sheets, plastic bath, dishes, toys ... WIFI (available: cooler, beach games, hair dryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc.)
Only 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Deveses, Oliva, etc ... and close to all amenities. (All just 10 minutes away) various walks: countryside, beaches, mountains, possibility of renting a boat in Dénia, kite surfing, jet skiing, diving all nearby. Tennis at the reception.
The villa has a standard size 4x8 m private swimming pool. overflow, sunny terraces and another shaded well equipped with outdoor furniture. A very pleasant and practical patio, direct access to the kitchen, where you can take your meals in peace. Two kitchens available, one of which is summer (direct access to patio and terrace) they are fully equipped (lots of dishes in the two kitchens) with a large plancha, a large fridge / freezer in each kitchen that will be in operation (therefore large volume for the cold) a dishwasher and various small appliances available. The patio to take meals in the shade or not because equipped with a large mobile blind. 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and chest of drawers in each sleeping area (plus a cot available with high chair equipment, plastic bathtub, baby crockery, sheets, toys)
 2 shower rooms, large bright living room, dining room with view. A washing machine is available in the garage.
The villa is located in an urbanization with several restaurants, an atmospheric bar and tennis courts, a reception area with various services, all secured by a 24-hour security guard. The largest hospital in the region 10 kms away. Possibility to practice "kite surfing" 10 minutes right in front of the house by the beach, two golf courses, one at Oliva (10 minutes) and the other at Sella (15 minutes.) Scuba diving, horse riding ... all leisure activities 10 mins. Place for the car in front of the house and not on the street. household linen provided. Mosquito nets at each window, fan in all rooms, the house faces north, facing the sea, air conditioning is not useful. Cleaning compulsory package of 80 euros.

Nous avons loué cette maison dans l espoir qu elle soit bien, nous avons été encore plus surpris par la vue extraordinaire ! la maison était très propre et pratique (bonne literie) les propriétaires laissent beaucoup de choses dans les placards pour les locataires, on se sent à la maison. la piscine à débordement est très agréable avec cette vue, on ne s'en lasse pas.... le quartier est calme, pas de vis à vis en plus. nous y retournerons et la conseillons à tous et toutes les propriétaires sont prévenants et disponibles franchement merci pour ces bonnes vacances!!!

Un petit paradis
Nous avons passé un formidable séjour cet été avec notre fille de 4 ans. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée (super cuisine d'été notamment pour la plancha :) ). La vue panoramique nous a chaque jour émerveillé surtout depuis la piscine. Notre fille s'y plaisait tellement qu'il en était difficile de sortir de la maison pour partir en promenade :) Enfin, les propriétaires sont sympathiques et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation si l'occasion se présente. Pierre, Sandrine et Clélia.
